Penacook Area Volunteer Opportunities and Service Resources
Open Door Community Kitchen

Open Door Community Kitchen operates at the United Church of Penacook and serves free hot and nutritious meals every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during September through June and every Monday and Wednesday during the summer months. Anyone who comes to the Kitchen is welcome – without question or qualification.

The Kitchen has depended on the time and effort of volunteers who share a concern and commitment to those in need in our community. This organization is always looking for volunteers willing to donate their time preparing food, serving meals to guests, and cleaning up afterwards. Call 753-9246 or visit Community Kitchen.
