| Open Door Community Kitchen |
Open Door Community Kitchen operates at the United Church of Penacook and serves free hot and nutritious meals every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during September through June and every Monday and Wednesday during the summer months. Anyone who comes to the Kitchen is welcome – without question or qualification.
The Kitchen has depended on the time and effort of volunteers who share a concern and commitment to those in need in our community. This organization is always looking for volunteers willing to donate their time preparing food, serving meals to guests, and cleaning up afterwards. Call 753-9246 or visit Community Kitchen.

| Friends of Forgotten Children |
Located at 224 Bog Road, Friends of Forgotten Children assists families with
getting the basic life needs of food, clothes, furniture, household goods and
holiday gifts. The idea is that if the family is not using
time and energy to locate these items, they are able to focus on the
important issue, their family.

The Concord-Merrimack County SPCA is a special admission shelter that accepts all adoptable animals from Merrimack County. It is a nonprofit agency dependent on private donations.

Reach4Hope is a faith-based non-profit organization that reaches out to the homeless and needy in Concord, NH.
The focus is on meeting the physical and spiritual needs of those on the street. The organization serves meals at the local soup kitchen and operate a weekly van full of supplies including toiletries, tents and sleeping bags.
