The Penacook Village Association Annual Meeting was held Tuesday, June 25th, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, at the Merrimack Valley High School Library. Special guest Matt Walsh, Concord's Director of Redevelopment, Downtown Services, and Special Projects, discussed and answered questions on TIF (Tax Increment Finance) Districts -- why Concord uses them, what financial options they provide, and how Concord's existing TIFs have performed.
