The Penacook Village Association's Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 5, at 6:30 pm at the Merrimack Valley High School cafeteria, with guest speaker Mayor-elect Byron Champlin, who will discuss issues related to Penacook and the city, and take your questions.
