New Development Projects on Fisherville Road

The first development begins at 153 Fisherville, just North of the intersection of Winsor Drive.  The developers held a neighborhood session to give an overview of the project and were receptive to some of the suggestions.  Their new design now includes 160 living units with no commercial space as opposed to the original design of 250 units with commercial space. They still must apply for a variance to build 160 units instead of the 100 units allowed under current zoning.

The developer will appear before the Zoning Board to seek that variance at this meeting:

Across Fisherville Rd, another developer will go before the Planning Board to seek approval for a 68 unit development.  This development is similar in design to the condos located at Abbott Village on No State St.  The meeting is:
